Couples counselling offers a safe and supportive space for both partners to be heard. Together, we will explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and learn new ways to understand, support, and connect with one another. My role is not to assign blame, but to help you communicate more openly, navigate conflict with respect, and rebuild emotional intimacy.
